Building located in Playa Salguero, with direct access to the beach and with the following services:

-24 hour surveillance at the main entrance of the building, and a reception that validates guests.
-The building has three fully built towers, a total of 6 elevators are available for access.
-Private parking and visitor parking.
-Children pool with strong and water games for children.
-Pool for adults on the top floor overlooking the sea.
-Bar in the hot tub area.
-SPA located on the 18th floor of the building. It must be booked in advance and paid according to the reserved service.
-Social terrace and panoramic solarium.
-Coworking space
-Three hot tubs on the terrace of the building. They must be booked in advance.
-Direct access to the beach.
-Private restaurant with attention to the pool and breakfast and lunch service.

One of the pools (children) is under maintenance.

At the lobby, the administration will charge $60,400 COP per person (resort fee). Please note that an additional percentage may be charged at reception if you use the card reader or for VAT purposes.

Due to building policies, it is not possible to leave luggage at the front desk or access the social areas prior to check-in. Unless we can offer an early check-in service, we suggest you plan your arrival according to the established schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
