IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The jacuzzi is under maintenance. Maintenance and repairs are being performed in nearby apartments from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so there may be additional noise. Pool maintenance is performed on Tuesdays. Salt, sugar and coffee are available in the apartment.

Apartment Manual: Be sure to keep the doors and windows closed while using the air conditioners, because if they are damaged by improper use, there will be a cost to send it to the technician. The apartment has good air rotation; to keep it cool, turn down the blackout early in the corresponding zone. The winds are very strong, so be sure to keep the doors of the rooms and the entrance closed to avoid damage or accidents.

Cooking: Don't use acrylic cups in the microwave. Use rags to dry hands/plates/dishes/dishespots, but don't use them on the stove; that's what we leave gray potholders for. Help us take care of cutlery, especially small spoons, which are easily lost in the trash. The water in Santa Marta is not drinkable, so you must boil it or buy bottled water. The garbage shuttle is on the second floor; it is recommended to dispose of it constantly to avoid unpleasant odors. If you need to iron, use the table in the closet area or lean it on the kitchen counter, but do not do it on the sofa or bed. Finally, keep children away from stained glass windows in bay windows.
